The Singing Tree is an interesting and quirky property perched in a fabulous location above the river. What a view to enjoy when you’re sat in bed with a cuppa!!
Well stocked with everything you could possibly need, it was the perfect cosy hideaway for our New Year trip.
Easy access to walks in the woods and along the river meant that our dog was happy and tired.

We had an amazing time staying at The Singing Tree over Christmas. The house is so well designed, with views overlooking the valley and the river Tamar. It was a perfect base for cooking, exploring Calstock and walking in the nature reserve. We loved every second of it and can’t wait to come back, and would highly recommend staying there! Thanks so much for having us.

We loved our stay in this unique and beautiful house. We were able to watch the ever changing views of the river through glorious sunshine and a huge storm from the many view points in the house. It was light, warm and really well equipped.
It's in a beautiful position with uninterrupted views of the river and very peaceful. The immediate access to lovely walks were very much appreciated, especially by our Springer spaniel!
